Sanitary protocol applied for COVID-19
In order to comply with government measures, facilitate your reservations, and provide accommodation in an appropriate state of cleanliness and hygiene, we have taken the following measures:
No new stay is accepted during a period of confinement.
We provide a credit with no time limit for reservations that would have been made during a new period of confinement or restricting travel
Our OHA CASES accommodations have been systematically cleaned and disinfected between each holidaymaker since the start of our activity in 2014 for obvious reasons of hygiene related to the rental of furnished tourist accommodation. We will continue in this way by following our SANITARY PROTOCOL and the recommendations put in place by the UNPLV (see annex below)
A cleaning package is therefore included in our prices.
ANNEX / CLEANING PROTOCOL
Housekeeping staff wear a mask, and wash their hands before each cleaning
Shoes are left outside the accommodation
Housing is ventilated during cleaning
Stagnant water from the pipes is drained by letting the water run 5 "
Cleaning and disinfection of all contact surfaces: taps, knob, worktop, washbasins, tables, chairs, handles, buttons, switches, remote controls, key safe ...
Bio product used: White vinegar / lemon / baking soda mixture
The floor is cleaned in hot water with a special floor product
We avoid interactions with our vacationers as much as possible
Your arrival and departure can therefore be done independently
